Hi Alyaa,
I watch your progress in painting now for a fairly long time. There's no doubt you've talent, but you are still doing the beginners mistake. You use too much the smudge tool. Try to work the places you want to blend with a low (20-50%) opacity softedge brush. With such a brush you have to paint much more the same place (due to the low opacity) till you blend all colours together, but it looks much better, than smudged. (It is a kind of the oil painting method, to work layer by layer by layer with diluted oilcolours). Besides that, you need sharp edges to define the face. I.e. the eyes; they look too blurry, keep it sharper. The sharp edges applies also to the nose, mouthpart and the edges of the face.. Give it a try and you'll see it works and you'll be much more satisfied with the results ;) Best of luck :huggle:

yes I use wacom intuos 5. You need a tablet, otherwise it won't work properly. But u can buy i.e. the bamboo, or an aiptek tablet, it's much cheaper but you get the feeling for a tablet and you'll see it works just as well :)
